If you or someone you love is hospitalized, we can be advocates at your side. At Home Care Solution is experienced in working with local hospitals and rehabilitation centers to provide extra care for patients who need it.

Our caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides can provide safety monitoring and companionship, keep notes on care progress and updates from nurses and doctors. Their presence helps ease the stress on the patient and the patient's family.

We provide training so that our caregivers never get in the way of the medical care being provided. They simply serve as an extra set of eyes and ears to minimize confusion and promote better healing. Care is provided at bedside hourly or overnight. We specialize in helping clients who are experiencing confusion, dementia, who may be a fall risk or who may take actions that could be harmful to themselves.
