Lauren Reynolds: C.E.O. & Founder

Lauren is a Certified Home Care Manager and consumer advocate who was inspired to launch At Home Care Solution by her own mother's need for care at home while battling terminal cancer. As an active community volunteer and retired 10News anchor/reporter, Lauren earned top accolades including prestigious national honors for public service. She has 11 Emmy awards, a Congressional Commendation and was recognized for her public service by both the California State Assembly and Senate. The Consumer Attorneys of San Diego praised her "protection of consumers" and "extraordinary professional journalism". The City of San Diego awarded her for her "dedicated service to our community". As the C.E.O. of At Home Care Solution, Lauren oversees all aspects of client and employee satisfaction and runs the continuing education program for nurses, social workers and nursing home administrators. She also donates her time by giving presentations on elder care planning, home care regulations and fall prevention.

Chelsea Kennedy: Certified Care Manager & Client Advocate

Chelsea is a Certified Home Care Manager for At Home Care Solution. Born and raised in San Diego, Chelsea's close relationship with her own grandmother inspires her to provide excellent care and service for her clients. A graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in communications, Chelsea was a member of the women's volleyball team and volunteered with several causes on campus. With 7 years of caregiving experience, she enjoys matching clients with compassionate caregivers to better the lives of those she meets. Her past experience in marketing, sales and office management has given her experience needed to provide excellent customer service to her clients. In her spare time she enjoys water skiing, playing volleyball and hiking with her two dogs.

Denise Callas: R.N., B.S.N. – Nursing Supervisor

Denise has more than a decade of experience as a nurse and takes pride in offering compassionate and quality care to At Home Care Solution clients. As Nursing Supervisor, Denise performs in-home assessments, creates care plans and oversees quality control. She also supervises our proprietary training program including instructing employees on client services, safety precautions, fall prevention and how to best assist clients with varying psychological, spiritual and medical needs. During visits to the home, Denise strives to ensure that superior care is being given at all times and offers education and referrals to family members. Previous to joining At Home Care Solution, Denise worked as an instructor at a highly regarded nursing school. She also spent eight years as a staff nurse in the Orthopedics and Medical Surgical wing of a major hospital.

Barbara Lavin: N.N.P.

Barbara is a licensed nurse practitioner with 25 years of experience providing high quality and compassionate patient care. As Director of Nursing for At Home Care Solution, Barbara oversees quality control and provides continuing education to families and caregivers in the home care setting. She is a regional trainer for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and is also a Transport Nurse. Barbara serves as an advisor to staff nurses at a highly reputable local hospital and provides discharge planning and staff education of new protocols. She also provides daily care of surgical and medical patients in the hospital setting. As a lecturer in the Critical Care Training Program, Barbara speaks on several topics including Primary Nursing, Discharge Planning and Surgical Emergencies.
